• Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The right of withdrawal may be exercised, in accordance with the European laws in force, in relation to the purchase of any product on Tap and Share, with the exception of:
- products specifically customized for the customer, in print, dimensions or specific characteristics;
- services, such as NFC encoding or RFID tags;
- disposable' items that have already been used.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at orders@mobility.pt within 14 days from the day of delivery, specifying the order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
Before returning any product, please write to orders@mobility.pt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), to be included in the package. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Please read the return conditions carefully. We only accept products that:
- have not been used.
- They are in resaleable condition.
- With the original box (if the original box is damaged, has writing on it, we will not accept it).
- Have all packaging, manuals, and other components.
- We do not accept any kind of broken products.
- Products purchased on Tap and Share.
- Purchases or RMA's issued before 30 days.
- Have the RMA number included with the return.
- We cannot refund/accept a return for special orders, custom configured, discontinued, or discounted products.
- They have been shipped with other configurations than the factory defaults (includes configuration changes per customer request).
- The serial numbers must match.

ON YOUR REFUND

You will be refunded the purchase amount, net of any taxes and shipping costs, within 14 days of the date requested. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or until you provide proof that the returned products have been shipped back to MobilityNow, Lda, whichever situation occurs first.
Refunds can be made by refunding the amount spent, a discount code of the same value or replacement with new products (according to the customer's preference). If the customer does not specify their preference, the refund will be refunded to the same payment method the customer used at checkout.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS OTHER THAN THOSE ORDERED

All products are tested before being used. We suggest that you always examine your order on receipt. If, however, you have received damaged or broken product(s), or product(s) that does not correspond to what was ordered, please contact us immediately via email at orders@mobility.pt, and if possible with a photograph attached.
MobilityNow, Lda, will compensate the customer as soon as possible in the way you prefer (refund, new products, discount code, or other).
