1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
The personal information you disclose to us.
In short: We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as name, address, contact information, and other information that you voluntarily provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us (i) when you register on the Sites or Services, (ii) when you express interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, (iii) automatically when you use the Sites or Services, or (iv) otherwise when you contact us.

- Profile Data. We collect names current office address, phone number(s), email addresses, title, company name, business email, business phone number, social media contacts, and other similar data.

We collect the data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We do not store your payment data; we merely enable the processing of such data through our payment gateway providers. All payment data is stored by the applicable payment gateway providers detailed in our Terms of Use.
- Contributions. We collect your contributions, trademarks, trade dress, logos, logos, designs, slogans, text, writings, reviews, survey responses, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, and other material that you voluntarily provide to us.

- Third Party Vendors, Consultants and Other Service Providers. We take the privacy of our users seriously and therefore take steps to safeguard your information, including ensuring an adequate level of data protection in accordance with EU standards in place as of the date of this Privacy Policy. These measures include the use of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information by third party service providers and partners, and further details can be provided upon request.

8. CONTROLS FOR NON-SCREENING CHARACTERISTICS
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for the recognition and implementation of DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browsing signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If an online tracking standard is adopted that we should follow in the future, we will inform you of that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
9. DO WE UPDATE THIS POLICY?
In summary: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay in compliance with relevant laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and we will use reasonable efforts to alert you of any changes by updating the "last updated" date of this Privacy Policy. We may, at our sole discretion, translate this Privacy Policy into other languages for your convenience, however, the Portuguese version governs your relationship with MobilityNow, Lda. and any inconsistencies between the different versions will be resolved in favour of the Portuguese version.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data is kept by MobilityNow, Lda. for the above purposes for the period necessary, except where potentially the Data needs to be evidence of legal compliance. When the Personal Data is not needed, it will be removed from any database that MobilityNow, Lda. may have.
