SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery is made upon receipt of payment.
To speed up your shipment, we recommend that you pay by credit card or PayPal, or send your bank transfer receipt to orders@mobility.pt.
For each destination, we always offer Standard Shipping - from 5 to 8 working days.
You can track your order shipment with your tracking code sent by email by Tap and Share at the time of sending.
You can also access this information by My Account > Order History and Details.
By default, orders are shipped the day after receipt of payment for the order, and can take between 5 business days up to 8 business days. For customised/customised products, please consider the lead time indicated on the relevant product page and/or the estimated production and delivery time that Tap and Share informed you about via email. For urgent orders, please contact us so that we can arrange the order accordingly.
SHIPPING FEES
For prices and timing, please see the following tables (prices are tax excluded). To know exactly the amount of the delivery costs, we invite you to register, enter your address and add the desired products to your cart. During checkout, our system will automatically calculate the shipping costs.
For precise information on delivery times to your specific address, please contact us with the postal code for delivery.
Right now, we only ship to: Portugal, Spain, France, UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Sweden. If your country is not on this list, please contact us and we will arrange possible shipping and taxes.
